It was totally a different experience from all the other lovely countries that we have enjoyed in our various tours with Inspiring Vacations. "It’s not everyday you find yourself playing volleyball in the Wadi Rum desert, this incredible, impromptu game with the locals turned into one of our most unforgettable and unexpected memories from our time in Jordan."
"It was so worth it", Christine C
"Travelling by bus from Cusco, I arrived at the entrance to Rainbow Mountain in Peru. Already at almost 4700m AMSL, I had to hike and climb to 4905m. The air was thin. It was hard to breathe. Every 20 steps I had to stop and take deep breaths to regain air in my lungs. But to arrive at the top overlooking the colourful striped mountains that they call Rainbow Mountain made it so worth it. The colours in the soil changed with the way the sun reflected off them. And to top it off, there were alpacas! I had to have my phot taken with these amazing creatures. I talked to them and thanked them for allowing me to spend some time with them. Their carer was incredible and allowed me to spend as much time as I wanted with them. So glad I wasn’t scared off by the altitude and fear of altitude sickness. Clearly a highlight from my trip."
